Border Co. began as a home for short fiction, essays, and as a platform to build partnerships with makers, creating products suited for long road trips across the highways of the USA.

I abandoned the idea of developing products, deciding there were already enough items being put out into the world. There are many excellent independent makers out there. Seek them out. Support them. Purchase slowly. The decision to focus solely on writing is outlined in the essay Breaking the Habit.

Border Co. is now solely a place of short prose and essays exploring the quiet corners of life. A place of private moments, lives, and places.
